Cassaundra brings over 20 years of distinguished service in law enforcement, having retired in 2019 as a Lieutenant from Deerfield Correctional Center. Her career has been defined by integrity, leadership, and a commitment to justice. She currently serves as a Training and Development Coordinator with the Virginia Department of Corrections, where she continues to shape lives through strategic education and staff development. As the Founder and Executive Director of Sisters Haven, Cassaundra leads with vision and purpose, offering transformative services that include mentorship, job training, and transitional housing for women in need.
